I did 3 miles on the treadmill at the downtown Y this morning. I went at a pace of 4.2 and finished in around 43 minutes. I wanted to go outside but it was a bit too cold this morning. The weather is picking up though, praise the Lord. Should be done with the worst of it I hope!!!
